| The proceedings are organized around three main tracks: |
| |
| |
 |
Track - 1 |
|
| |
|
Air Pollution and Air Quality. |
|
| |
|
The natural processes occurring in the environment used to be sufficient to control air pollution and reduce its harmful effects. However, with the recent increase in the sources, variety and emissions of pollutants, natural processes are no longer sufficient to purify the air. |

Track - 2 |
|
| |
|
Waste & soil contamination & remediation. |
|
| |
|
Waste and soil contamination are considered among the
most important environmental issues in the world. Due to the
increasing population, growing rates of energy consumption,
and industrial development, the volume of waste we produce
as well as the frequency of soil contamination incidents
are growing rapidly and steadily. Therefore, the search for
advanced technologies that can reduce and control levels
of waste through recycling and modifications and those that
can mitigate soil contamination through efficient remediation
techniques is of prime importance . |

Track - 3 |
|
| |
|
- Climate change impacts and solutions.
|
|
| |
|
Official international reports show that climate change is a
serious cause for concern. The effects of this have been seen
in terms of increasing global temperatures and in sea level
rising, leading to disruption of many physical and biological
systems, and causing flooding and drought. |

Air Pollution and Air Quality. |
|
| |
|
The natural processes occurring in the environment used to be sufficient to control air
pollution and reduce its effects. However, with the recent increase in the sources, variety
and emissions of pollutants, natural processes are no longer sufficient to purify the air.
It has been necessary to intervene with technology to reduce these harmful pollutants.
Scientists have been motivated to search for advanced solutions to reduce polluting
emissions from industrial factories, power plants, and oil refineries, and continuously
monitor air quality so that they are able to reduce the harmful effects on environment and
health. |

Waste & soil contamination & remediation. |
|
| |
|
Despite diverse international efforts to reduce the harmful
effects of human activates on our environment, human
behaviour is continuing to disturb the balance of nature .
Waste and soil pollution are considered among the most
important of environmental issues in the world. Due to the
increasing population, growing rates of energy consumption,
and industrial development, the volume of waste we produce
as well as the frequency of soil contamination incidents
are growing rapidly and steadily. Therefore, the search for

Climate change impacts and solutions. |
|

|
Official international reports show that climate change is
a serious cause for concern. The effects of this have been
seen in terms of increasing temperatures and in the sea level
rising, leading to the disruption of many physical and biological
systems, and causing flooding and drought. Climate change
affects different parts of the world in different ways, but all of
its consequences are significant. Every corner of the world
now needs to adopt a strategy which takes efforts to mitigate
the harmful effects of climate change. The most effective
techniques to reduce the phenomenon of climate change
focus on climate modelling and prediction, climate adaptation,
and on the techniques for reducing carbon dioxide. |
